Born in Bar Harbor Maine, I’ve lived my whole life in and out of Acadia National Park. Starting sailing in high-school, I was instantly hooked into the endless variability and intensity of sailboat racing! Now, with years of high level sailing behind me, I’m starting my journey towards sailing’s highest individual achievement: Olympic Gold.
My love for the sport of sailing has taken me through all variety of boats and disciplines - from offshore sailing to collegiate dinghies, to foiling and match racing, my maxim has always been about maximizing performance.
Growing up in a tight knit community of sailors who’ve raced together for generations has helped me learn the value of age and experience, and the vital ingenuity of youth.
